Wurmeck - City Hall München, Germany, BY - Weird Story Locations on Waymarking.com

There's a weird story about the South-western corner of the City Hall in München, Germany, Bayern. The location is called 'Wurmeck' (Dragon's Corner). There's a big sculpture of a dragon because of this story.

The local legend says that in the middle ages a dragon has landed at this location in the center of München and tried to bring death and plague into the city. Some brave men fighted the dragon and killed it here with a cannon. Since then the 'Schäffer' (cooper) do a traditional annual dancing to remember.
