Rotary Park was established by the Rotary Club of Nowra in 1960 to commemorate 25 years of Rotary in Nowra & in memory of the club's first president, W.G. (Bill) Lackersteen. The park is a thin strip of land on the northern bank of the river & has fine views particularly of the two bridges crossing the river.
