"10 Oneonta Star Monday, June 19,1961 Art Show Scheduled Entry blanks for the outdoor art show to be held at the Thomas Gaines Memorial Park, Sherburne, from June 24-30 have been mailed to members and to those artists, in the area who have exhibited work at earlier art shows. Artists living within a radius of 60 miles from Sherburne may enter the competition. The entry fee for non-members is $2 and no commission is charged. Artists who are new to the area, or who have not shown before may write to Mrs. Herbert H. Brown, Sherburne, or to Mrs. J. Edward Sullivan, Norwich, for entry blanks."
