In Bad Niedernau, Germany, Baden-Württemberg exists a Holy Well called 'Römerquelle' (Roman Well). Its healing water is known since the ancient times of the Romans.

The ancient Romans used the water for bathing and for their thermes. Nearby archaeological pieces were found from the Roman period.

In newer times it was bottles and selled for decades.

At the well house is a small water basin where you can drink and taste the water.
