There is no longer a "white entrance," fortunately, but the disk is very easy to locate. From the parking lot on the south side of the depot, go through the gate near the tracks, to the right of the depot, and simply follow the outer wall of the depot to your left. It is near an entrance, in excellent condition.
It goes without saying that, while Amtrak doesn't have a huge presence here, the trains do run through Gainesville. Stay away from the tracks.
