The wooden windmill on a slope southwest of local church was built in 1837 and used for rough-grinding for the last time shortly after the Second World War. It used to be called Maršálkuv vetrák (Maršálek's Windy) after its owner. In 1990s, the mill was completely restored and put into operable condition. The original milling machinery is covered with interesting carvings. The mill is open as a private family museum.

Partutovický drevený vetrný mlýn nemeckého typu byl postaven v roce 1837. Ke stavbe byly použity i cásti staršího mlýna, jak svedcí datování z roku 1783 na jednom z trámu.

Roku 1894 chátrající mlýn koupil krajánek Benedikt Maršálek, který mel 7 detí. Posledním mlynárem byl jeho vnuk Augustin Maršálek, zvaný Gustýnek. Ten byl znám v obci jako všeumel, spravil a udelal vše co bylo potreba.

Za války byl mlýn zapeceten. Gustýnek ucil delat mladé lidi drobné opravy. Po válce prestal sloužit svému úcelu, ve vesnici pribývalo šrotovníku. V roce 1953 zde byl natocen film " Tam, kde mele vítr". Pozdeji amatérský film „Gustýnek“, natácel zde i arch. Vávra svá Šumná mesta. Na moucnici je zajímavá plastická drevorezba (srdce s plameny a iniciálami IHS, po stranách slunce mesíc a hvezdy).
