The following information about Frank E. Preblick is from his Florida Times-Union obituary:

"PREBLICK - Frank E. Preblick, 76, of Jacksonville, formerly of Millburn, NJ, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003. He was born in Irvington, NJ, the son of Antoni and Paulina (Skorska) Przebieglec. A retired Irvington Police Officer, Mr. Preblick was a member of the P.B.A. local 29, a WWII Navy Veteran and a member of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Jean E. Preblick of Jacksonville; two daughters, Joyce Elekes of Jacksonville, Deirdre Schultz (Harold) of Ponte Vedra Beach; sister, Stephanie Stefanski of Tinton Falls, NJ, and 5 grandchildren, Andrew and Christopher Elekes and Ashley, Kristen and Caitlyn Schultz. The visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2003 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. at HARDAGEGIDDENS MANDARIN FUNERAL HOME, 11801 San Jose Blvd. Father Ed Booth will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2003 at San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hardagegiddens.com . In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the building fund of San Juan del Rio Catholic Church."
