This is apparently a still-active chapter of the Odd Fellows and/or Rebekahs. It's a small white building in a very nice neighborhood, on the northern edge of downtown Cheyenne, with larger houses in the area.
Signage consists of just names; no contact information or open dates are visible. Small glass panels to the side of the front door are a thick clouded glass, so one can't see inside. The right (west) side of the building is just an unremarkable wall.
There is an official disabled-person parking spot right in front of it.
