Originally a fortress which was reconstructed into a Renaissance chateau during the rule of the Bruntalsky of Vrbna. In the 17th century, it was reconstructed and expanded in Baroque style. There was a brewery here until 1945. The chateau serves as hotel now.

Puvodne tvrz, v renesanci prestavena na zámek, který byl pozdeji upravován barokne. Pozdejšími úpravami historický ráz staveb znacne utrpel.Zdevastovaný, zánikem ohrožený zámek byl novodobe rekonstruován na hotel.
