There are Love Padlocks on the metal walkway over the river to the falls at Iguazzu, near the tower in the National Park.

Visitors to Iguazzu Falls National Park on the Brazil side have the opportunity to walk a metal waterway that is built above the river, to a point that allows fantastic views of the hundreds of waterfalls that together make Iguazzu Falls.
This walkway is accessible from either the long walking path that begins by the Belmond Hotel (where tourist busses tend to park) or from the gift shop/elevator/tower between the Belmond and the Restaurante Lanchonete (where the roadway in the park ends).
Expect to become at least mildly wet (and often completely soaked) when accessing these Love Padlocks, since the walkway over the river experiences constant spray from the waterfalls.
I saw at least 50 Love Padlocks.
