Mammoth Cave - Frozen Niagara benchmark "AZ MARK" #2 - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

Found a disk stamped "AZ MARK" (no station number) on a large stone inside the cave approx. 25 feet behind of the last row seat in the first audience after the new entrance door (west) to Frozen Niagara where there is a bronze disk of "C 001B" stamped by US Department of Interior on the block wall beside this door. This AZ MARK disk installed by "US Geological Survey Benchmark." It is located in Edmonson County, KY, in the Mammoth Cave National Park property.

I found there are five USGCS benchmarks (Four are stamped "AZ MARK" and one is stamped "TT 27 W" inside the cave.
