This disk is found on the top of approx. 2-1/2 feet high concrete monument about 50 feet east of the interpretive sign of Locust Grove Cemetery in Mammoth Cave National Park. The cemetery is located with the gravel driveway in northeast side of Mammoth Cave Parkway (KY State Highway 70) approx. 0.35 mile northwest of the intersection of said parkway and Mammoth Cave Road. It is within Edmonson County.
