The Mevlana Mosque is an Islamic religious building in the North Hessian town of Kassel. It is located in the Mattenberg street in Oberzwehren (Mattenberg district). The official name of the associated municipality is DITIB Turkish-Islamic community to Kassel-Mattenberg e. V. The association was founded in 1983 and is today with approximately 300 members one of the largest Islamic associations in Northern Hesse.
