Pametní deska je obdélná na výšku, bronzová, v horní cásti je reliéf sepjatých rukou se symbolem trnové snítky, v dolní cásti plastický nápis.
Nachází se ve vstupní hale vpravo a na místo byla umístena slavnostne v roce 1946.
Autor pametní desky je František Horava.

The memorial plaque is a rectangular portrait, a bronze, in the upper part of the relief clasped hands symbol thorn twigs at the bottom of a plastic sign.
Located in the lobby right and instead was placed ceremoniously in 1946.
Author plaque is František Horava.
