This memorial is a block of polished granite in a small brick plaza that stands at the edge of the Garza County courthouse grounds at the west entrance to the courthouse, under a beautiful tree.
The day Blasterz were there, the entire courthouse grounds were covered with American flags, and a small American flag been placed in front of this memorial by the local VFW chapter.
