Nachází se v centru mesta, uprostred hlavního Masarykova námestí. Ze sedmi stanovišt odjíždí jak dálkové spoje, tak i spoje do obcí letovického regionu. Vetšina regionálních spoju (IDS JMK) má konecnou u vlakového nádraží (1 km severneji). Kolem autobusového nádraží prochází modre znacená cesta (na okraji turistický smerovník), která zacíná na rozcestí poblíž vlakového nádraží a vede na Nýrov, Rudku a do Kunštátu. V blízkosti autobusového nádraží se nachází i turistické informacní centrum.

Located in the city center, in the middle of the main Masaryk Square. Of the seven habitats leaves both long-distance services, as well as links to the municipalities Letovice region. Most regional connections (IDS JMK) has final at the railway station (1 km to the north). Around the bus station passes through the blue marked trail (see the sign on the outskirts of the tourist), which begins at the crossroads near the train station and leads to Nýrov, vermilion and Kunštátu. Near the bus station is located in the tourist information center.
