Located in the grassy median between the northbound and southbound lanes of El Mar Dr, approximately 250 north of the center of the intersection with Commercial Blvd and approximately 10 feet north of the centerline of a pair of palm trees. Disk is located in a PVC pipe and recessed 0.1 ft below the ground surface. The witness post and No Parking signs are no longer present.
