Martinicové byl ceský šlechtický rod, jehož koreny sahají do 14. století, s nímž je spjata historie mnoha obcí a mest zejména na Kladensku a Slánsku. Jejich jméno je odvozeno od tvrze Martinice, pozdeji zacali používat rodové jméno Boritové z Martinic, po Boritovi z Martinic.

Na základe majestátu císare Ferdinanda z r. 1621 byli Martinicové povýšeni na ríšská hrabata. Vymreli (po meci) roku 1789 Františkem Karlem z Martinic. Majestátem z 2. listopadu 1792 se Karel Josef Clam, manžel Marie Anny z Martinic, dcery Františka Karla z Martinic, stal hrabetem z Clam-Martinic.
