Socha se nachází u kruhového objezdu na sjezdu ulic Masarykova, Nádražní a Rožnovská.
Socha svatého Šebestiána pochází z roku 1750. Autori jsou Ondrej Zahner a Michael Scherhauf. Sochu si objednal František Josef hrabe ze Žerotína.Materiál je pískovec a na podstavci byl dríve vytesán erb rodu Žerotínu. Svatý Šebestián byl rímský voják a krestanský mucedník. Ten byl odsouzen k smrti císarem Diokleciánem, protože se otevrene hlásil ke krestanství a pomáhal chudým.
Po svatorecení zacal být uctíván jako patron vojáku, strelcu, hrncíru, kartácníku a obchodníku s kovovým zbožím.

Statue of St. Sebastian dates back to 1750. The authors are Ondrej Zahner and Michael Scherhauf. He ordered a statue of Frantisek Josef Earl of Zerotin. Material a sandstone pedestal and was formerly carved coat of arms Zerotin. Saint Sebastian was a Roman soldier and a Christian martyr. He was sentenced to death by the Emperor Diocletian, because he openly professed Christianity and helped the poor.
After the canonization began to be worshiped as the patron saint of soldiers, archers, potters, kartácníku and traders metal goods.
