This is by far the largest and grandest Woodmen of the World monument we have ever seen in a cemetery -- or anywhere else, for that matter.

Six members of the Aycock family are buried in this marble-bordered plot:

Frank E. Aycock 1865-1912
Mollie Aycock 1867-1941
Ed Charles E. Aycock 1888-1951
Mom Etta Lee Aycock 1892-1971
Dick Aycock 1890-1892 and
Clyde Aycock 1899-1918

According to a genealogy website about Texas Heroes of WWI, Clyde Aycoc was killed in action during WWI. Source: (visit link)

We were not able to determine who was the WoW member and who was in the IOOF.
Was the inscription legible?: Yes
