Ves Podomí vznikla v údobí velké kolonizace v prubehu XIII.století. první zmínka o Podomí je z roku 1349, kdy Vok z Holštejna kupuje od Cenka z Lipé hrad Holštejn s vesnicemi, mezi nimiž byla i ves Boda (Podomí). Mezi významné kolonizátory patrí od padesátých let XIII.století páni z Ceblovic, kterí sídlili zpocátku na tvrzi v Jedovnicích, pozdeji na hrade Holštejne. Páni z Holštejna (puvodne z Ceblovic) vybudovali v druhé polovine XIII.století velké panství holštejnské, mezi jehož vesnice patrilo i Podomí.

Podomí village was founded during the great colonization during XIII.století. the first mention of Podomí 1349, when Vok from Holstein buys from Cenek from Lipe castle Holštejn villages, which included the village Boda (Podomí). Among the major colonizers include the fifties XIII.století lords of Ceblovice who initially lived at the fort in Jedovnice, later on Holštejn Castle. Lords from Holstein (originally from Ceblovice) built in the second half XIII.století large estates Holstein, between the villages included the Podomí.
