Nápis:
"Venováno rudickým obcanum
bojujícím ve 2. svetové válce
v britském Královském letectvu

VINCENC KOCMAN
KAREL TROJÁCEK
KAREL ZOUHAR"

Tri rudictí obcané byli aktivními úcastníky Bitvy o Británii (Battle of Britain). Byli to dva piloti, Karel Trojácek a Karel Zouhar, a palubní strelec Vincenc Kocman.
Po obsazení Ceskoslovenska, porážce Polska a kapitulaci Francie dospel Adolf Hitler k rozhodnutí obsadit Anglii nasazením všech složek své armády: pechoty (Wehrmacht), námornictva (Marien) a letectva (Luftwaffe).
Byli zarazeni do RAF (Royal Air Force - Královské letecké síly), což jim v prípade zajetí zarucovalo statut válecných zajatcu.

Vincenc Kocman (nar. 1917).

In memoriam byli všichni rudictí príslušníci RAF prezidentem republiky Václavem Havlem povýšeni do techto hodností:
Generál letectva Karel Trojácek, plukovník letectva Karel Zouhar, podplukovník letectva Vincenc Kocman.

Were included in the RAF (Royal Air Force - Royal Air Force), allowing them if captured guaranteed the statute of prisoners of war. It was an important achievement Winston Churchill, because in the first phase of the conflict threatened to shot down airmen death in captivity.
Fighting determination English and foreign pilots (Czechoslovaks, Poles, Frenchmen), along with a perfect warning service of the approaching German societies have caused great losses to the Germans (for example, on September 15, 1940, which was declared a day of "Battle of Britain"), that Hitler plan for the invasion of England postponed and never have occurred to her.
