Located inside the museum, just to the left of the main entrance is a whale vertebrae fossil that was found in the hills of the City of Brea in the 1950s. But, Brea is located about 20 miles inland, so how did this fossil get here and how did it form? Check out my earthcache on this whale vertebrae fossil.
