Obec Roggendorf (pozdeji psanou Rojendorf a Rogendorf) založil roku 1717 (což je tedy také rokem první písemné zmínky o obci) majitel rájeckého panství Karel Ludvík, hrabe z Rogendorfu a Molenburku (1682–1744). Za druhé svetové války byla vesnice násilne vystehována. V roce 1946 byla prejmenována na svuj soucasný název.

The village Roggendorf (later written Rosendorf and Roggendorf) was founded in 1717 (which is therefore also the year of the first written mention of the village) rájeckého estate owner Karl Ludwig, Earl of Rogendorf and Molenburk (1682-1744). During the Second World War, the village was forcibly removed. In 1946 it was renamed to its current name.
