Located near the northeast corner of Pine Island Road and Southgate Blvd, approximately 85 feet east of the southeast corner of the Pine Island Road bridge, 12 feet south of the edge of the canal, and 3 feet west of a guard rail and witness post.

Note: Cover is stamped 2005, not 2006 like the other marks in the 665 series.
