This gorgeous cantilevered Warren through truss bridge on the US 190 over the Colorado River between San Saba and Lampasas counties in TX was built in 1940 to carry a US highway over a major river.
The waymarked plaque is affixed to a short concrete post at the east end of the bridge. A Federal Aid Primary shield marker is pushed into the concrete on the south side of the concrete post.
