The construction of this fountain dates back to 1614. Long exile Malouet Place, she went, in 1986, its original place in the corner of the Clock street, of Charity street and the Coins Hotel street. Today, only a part of the pedestal was maintained. Its originality is the presence of lions because they were not a frequent motif ornament.

La construction de cette fontaine remonte à 1614. Longtemps exilée place Malouet, elle reprit, en 1986, sa place initiale, à l'intersection des rues de l'Horloge, de la Charité et de l'Hôtel des Monnaies. Aujourd'hui, seule une partie du piédestal a été conservée. Son originalité est la présence des lions car ils n'étaient pas un motif d'ornement fréquent.
