Located in Keno Cemetery is a simple concrete headstone containing a metal plaque with an inscription, along with a metal piece that looks to belong to some sort of manufacturing equipment. The plaque inscription reads:

ROY W. POWELL
JUNE 4 1910            SEPT. 18 1965
AND THIS I KNOW WHETHER THE ONE TRUE LIGHT
KINDLE TO LOVE, OR WRATH CONSUME ME QUITE,
ONE FLASH OF IT WITHIN THE TAVERN CAUGHT
BETTER THAN IN THE TEMPLE LOST OUTRIGHT.

This quote is from the Iranian poet/philosopher/mathematician Omar Khayyam, born 1048 and died in 1131.

Date of Birth: Jun. 4, 1910

Date of Death: Sep. 18, 1965
