John Wesley Nichols was born on 21 November 1868, just 3 years after the US War Between the States. On 26 August 1893, when he was 25 years old, he married
Louisa Josie Tate. Together they had at least 3 children listed in FindAGrave. Louisa passed away in 1963 at 88 years old; but John continued on until 14 November 1971 -- just one week before he would have been 103 years old.
