A. L. Stephens Cemetery, also known as Stephens Memorial Cemetery or Park, is well kept, except that the portion of the sign with the name of the cemetery (seen in the FindAGrave entry) was missing when I went to waymark it. Just the uprights were there, but not the name on the cross-piece. The cemetery was probably named for
Albert Lacker Stephens (1861-1934).
Although there are a lot of graves that are missing dates (over 6%), the oldest recorded grave is from 1902 -- 32 years prior to the death of the cemetery's namesake. At the time of this waymark posting there were 838 interments, with the latest being the same year as this posting.
