Start from the Pole Creek Trailhead which is generally SW, 12.2 miles by road from the Sisters Ranger Station. From the west end of the parking lot, travel generally NNW on FR1500-700 for about 1.5 miles. Continue cross country, W for about 1030' to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" aluminum cap on 5/8" rebar; flush with ground

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found two nearby U-posts. One with a NATIONAL FOREST WILDERNESS sign bears N, 41" distant. The other with NATIONAL FOREST WILDERNESS and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs bears S, 22" distant. In addition, there are two reference monuments, 2" aluminum caps on 5/8" rebar driven flush and surrounded by a collar of stones. There are U-posts with LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs behind the reference monuments.


What property is this mark defining?:
Point on line (POL) between T15S R8E S36 R9E S31 [T16S R8-1/2E S1] SC COR, WAYMARK WMPGP0, and Three Sisters Wilderness boundary AP 116; Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present point on line bears S0.2°E from WAYMARK WMPGP0, 5282' distant.
