The Buck Cemetery is a very old cemetery, and the gravesite of Colonel Buck himself is within this cemetery, founder of Bucksport. It is located near the corner of Hwy. 3 and Hinks Street.

he Buck Cemetery is located within Hancock County and has approximately 80 interments. Over half of them have the last name of Buck. It seems the first burial was in 1807 and is not longer active. The last interments were in the last 1800s.

Also near the entrance to the cemetery is a monument erected for Colonel Buck by his descendants sixty years after his death.

There is a mysterious image of a leg and foot, said to be a witch's curse.
