DESCRIBED BY LOCAL ENGINEER (INDIVIDUAL OR FIRM) 1935 IN DALHART. AT DALHART, DALLAM COUNTY, ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FIFTH AND DENROCK STREETS, AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 15 FEET WEST OF THE APPROACH TO THE SOUTH ENTRANCE, AND 1 FOOT NORTH OF THE SIDEWALK. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED DALHART 1933 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 14-INCH CONCRETE POST PROJECTING ABOUT 6 INCHES ABOVE GROUND.
