"has two stories and stucco siding. On the second story of the front (south) elevation are a flat banded cornice, another band with dentil course, and two sets of paired windows. The windows were presumably once double-hung but are now have aluminum sliders. The first story is marked by a thin band, beneath which are clerestory windows. On ground level two small storefronts with doors and show windows are separated by a central entrance with guyed porch roof. The area between the windows and the sidewalk is faced with banded tile."
