This wheelchair-accessible trail was specifically designed for foot and wheelchair traffic and exists at Juanita Lake.

Juanita Lake is a manmade lake and is open from May through October. Located at the parking lot to the boat launch is a paved trailhead. At the NE corner of the lake the trail turns right and will circumvent the lake, giving walkers and wheelchair users great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is a sign at the NE corner of the lake that reads:

JUANITA LAKE TRAIL

THIS TRAIL IS DESIGNED & CONSTRUCTED
FOR FOOT & WHEELCHAIR TRAFFIC.
THE PROJECT WAS FUNDED BY USFS AND
THE WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BOARD OF
CALIF., TO IMPROVE ACCESS FOR VISITORS
WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY.
PLEASE RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS.

There are also fishing spots along the trail for wheelchair users to park and throw a rod into the lake, although the lake levels have been very low the past few years because of drought conditions.
