The Clarke Foundation Theatre was opened in 1996 in Mission, British Columbia. The theatre is operated by Mission School District No. 75. The theatre seats 702 with balconies and includes a sprung dance floor, 20 trap doors and orchestra pit.

The theatre hold a variety of events ranging from spoken word, music, musicals, plays, civic debate. The building is attached to the Heritage Park Secondary School. As such many school students have done plays here, including Mission native Carly Rae Jepsen, who did some of her first musicals here.
