The Mission City Post Office is a keystone in Mission's downtown. Built in 1935, the building's art deco style is emphasized with beautiful brickwork and cement detailing. It orignally cost $13,000 to build and has undergone several renovations, a major one in 1955 adding extensions to the side of the building and one in 1982 to add wheelchair access.
