This building is located in downtown Mission, BC at the corner of Welton St and 1 Avenue. Built in 1935 the art deco style building cost $13,000 to build. Made of bricks it was renovated in 1955, interestingly when adding extensions the builders used bricks from the back of the building to keep the front of the building the same. In 1982 it was changed to add a wheelchair entrance.
