This Starbucks store shares one wall with the UTA University Bookstore. In fact, there's a door inside the bookstore that opens into the Starbucks, allowing shoppers to get from one to the other without going outside.

There is public parking for the stores, not requiring a University Parking sticker.

One seating area is composed of comfy chairs; another seating area has standard height tables. A third area is bar-style with side by side seating, and the fourth area is bar-height tables. The view is of the parking lot, so it's not amazing, but it makes the Starbucks feel like it's part of campus.
