Located on the south bank of the Cypress Creek Canal, approximately 350 west of the west edge of the US-441 bridge, between a bicycle trail on the south and the edge of the canal on the north.

Note: Mark K 665 to the east has been destroyed.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
