This zinc headstone's plinth, bearing the family name, "Vaughan", rests upon a large concrete base, and each boy has a headstone, connected to each other and with a prominent third section at the top. There is a flower in the center of the third section, on both sides, and each headstone has an inscription:

On the reverse, each has an epitaph. For Guy Raymond, there is:
Death is certain,
the hour unseen.
Gone from our
home but not from
our hearts.
For Jay Dee, there is:
Take them, O Father,
in thine arms,
And may they hence-
forth be
A messenger of
peace between
Our human hearts
and thee.
There is also a shared footstone with a psychopomp.
