Blasterz really enjoyed the clunky 1920s rotary dial telephone architectural relief elements that have been introduced into this switching building, which is still in use today. It's great that the telephone company (in Texas, Southwestern Bell) was proud enough of what they did and respectful enough of communities to spend extra money building handsome structures that enhanced the cities they served.
There are 16 antique telephone relief medallions around this handsome brick building, which is still being used as a switching station for telephone equipment today.
