Paisley IOOF Cemetery contains a number of homemade graves and this grave caught my eye because of the date of birth (1819) which is somewhat rare to see in this part of the country. This marker contains the original wooden headstone and the letters are barely legible on the surface. Someone has updated this wooden marker with another homemade tombstone with the name and dates stamped into the stone.
There is another wooden headstone much like this one a few feet away but that one is also illegible.
