The shrine is located on the crossing of Ksiezycowa and Arkuszowa, and it's easy to oversee. It's made of red bricks, with figures of St. John Nepomuk and Holy Mary behind a glass window.
The shrine is dated to the 30s of XX century. Previously, there was the monument of St. John Nepomuk. This place was previously the village Opalin.
