"Hawley Street. This street roughly defines the southern extent of the Court Street Historic District. It includes two significant buildings within the district boundaries. The Y.W.C.A. a Neo-Georgian style six-story brick building built in 1907 with a compatibly styled 1919 addition, represents the only downtown hotel to survive from the first decade of the twentieth century."
