From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally W, first on US20 then ORE242, for 10.0 miles to the intersection with the Cross District Trail. Park and hike generally N for 0.4 mile on the dirt road to the corner, which is about 40' W.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe in a mound of stones; rising 2"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found three ponderosa pines, two with BEARING TREE shields and one with only a chaining notch. In addition, there is a bearing object, X BO chiseled on a north-facing lava block, which bears N36°E, 18'5" distant. Also, there is an old LOCATION POSTER on a snag which bears w, 24' distant.
