Comprising 117 acres of park land adjacent to the Seine River, Bois-des-Esprits is the largest contiguous riverbottom and upland forest environment in the city.
The Bois-des-Esprits trail is a 2 km gravel route that follows the Seine River through the forest. Numerous woodchip covered side trails add to the trail network.
Street parking is available at the trailhead.
