In 2004, the Airdrie Legion placed this memorial to honour their veterans and is near the Field of Honor within the Airdrie Cemetery. It stands approximately 7' and there is a cross mounted on top. There is a dedication, Legion Crest and names of sponsors listed on the lower part of the memorial. We visited the cemetery and discovered this memorial near the entrance.

Inscription:
Dedicated to the memory of all who served by sea, by land and in the air, who rest here.
They left to their heirs and all people, this Canada.
We enjoy today.
