This building began as a manufacturing plant and warehouse for the Parker-Browne Co., producers of carbon dioxide used in carbonated drinks. From 1939-1941 the building housed a Works Progress Administration Sewing Room. After World War II, the building was used as a warehouse for Bekins Co., a moving and storage company. After 1964, it was a warehouse for a musical instrument company. The building is three stories and has a basement. It is rectangular in shape with brick columns and areas between glazed with steel-sash windows. Concrete spandrels mark the areas of the floors. As of August 2015, Got You Covered Uniforms and Cheyenne Construction Company are planning to move into the building. Cheyenne is doing the renovations as seen in the Facebook gallery: ( visit link)
