This building, on the north east side of Merchant Street, has an engraved Portland stone block giving the year as 1891. Over the door, on the south west face of the building is inscribed "Wesley Hall" and beneath "M'Aulay Memorial Schools".

The stone bearing the year is on the south west face of the building above the arched windows on the first floor. Over the door, on the same face, is inscribed "Wesley Hall" and beneath "M'Aulay Memorial Schools". Which came first or whther they came at the same time is unknown. Today, the building is used as a health centre.
On the south east side of the building is a mural (see photos).
